Some projects call for more than expertise. They call for the kind of dedication that turns an empty space into something truly considered. This is one of those projects, a shading commission at Belgravia, brought to life through a close collaboration with interior designer Zina Adib.
Lutron was specified from the outset as the smart home system to achieve just that, putting seamless control of every blind and curtain throughout the property.

Each element was carefully positioned within the existing architecture. Concealment depths, clearances, and fixing positions were all resolved beforehand.
Nothing competes with the interior. The shading was specified to sit seamlessly within the space, present only when needed.
The result is a home where light, privacy, and elegance work in harmony. Every room feels considered, every detail resolved, and the shading entirely at home within the space.
Window treatments had to be Lutron controlled, which called for solutions that simply could not be found in a standard catalogue.
Grants sourced specialist motorised metal curtain poles carefully selected to integrate seamlessly with the Lutron system, with Roman blinds and roller blinds specified throughout to ensure a cohesive and fully integrated approach across every room.
At Belgravia Grants had to assess what was possible within the existing structure and find solutions that would deliver results of the same calibre as if the project had been considered from day one.
The outcome was a finish that feels entirely intentional, with no trace of the complexity that went into achieving it.
