Extended London Home

This client originally owned the ground floor flat ten years ago she bought the remaining flats and completely renovated the property into a lovely home. Ten years on she wanted to extend the ground floor to create a better living space and kitchen.

Natural daylight was to play a large part in the design scheme with skylights, floor-to-ceiling glazing and minimal slimline Vitrocsa glazing. Grants were recommended to the client at an early stage by a family friend and also the architect.
