Rather than starting with the project, we start with the recognition.

In the March 2026 issue of Elle Decor, Billy Cotton’s Gramercy Park apartment was featured as a refined and deeply personal New York interior. Grants’ Hokkaido woven blinds were selected as part of the design narrative — shaping light with warmth, texture, and restraint.
This editorial feature celebrates craftsmanship, material honesty, and quiet detail — values shared by both Cotton and Grants.

Crafted in Britain from fine Japanese bamboo reeds, the Hokkaido blind introduces depth and softness to the window. Its decorative gold-thread weave filters daylight gently, bringing warmth without heaviness.
In this interior, it becomes more than shading — it becomes atmosphere.

The feature explores the apartment as one of Cotton’s own personal projects — a space where his design philosophy is expressed with clarity and confidence. The blinds sit naturally within this narrative, supporting rather than dominating the room.
When design, architecture, and material are aligned, the result feels effortless.
